Rye is Busy Swimming - Rye IPA 6.2% 
If you stop by the brewpub and ask for Ryan, the answer is likely to be "He's busy swimming."  As the older brother, it is only fitting that this tasty rye IPA is named after him.   The rye contributes an earthy, subtle spice and some extra mouthfeel.  Featuring Bravo, Amarillo, Chinook, Columbus and Citra Hops.

Super Dug - Super Saison 6.8%  
Dug got jealous so we decided to up the saison a bit.  More malt, more hops = more flavor. 
 
Ozman - American Porter 5.1%
Named after the best Rottweiler that ever lived, Ozzy.  This is a classic American porter that is on the low side of abv for the style.  It drinks super smooth and has a nice roasted chocolate flavor.

Brownin' Out - Hoppy Brown Ale 6.6%
Rarely do you find hoppy brown ales but we said, what the heck? Let's throw some extra hops in and see what happens. Toasty, chocolatey, and a little more bitter than you might expect.

Theo Goes Hard - Imperial IPA ~9.5%
Make no mistake, this is a BIG beer.  Lots and lots and lots of hops and a load of malt gives this beer an intense flavor.  Dare we say  it has a similar taste to Hopslam.  High bar to set, we know!  This beer features Columbus, Simcoe, Nugget, Centennial, Citra and Amarillo hops.

¡Milky, Güey! - Chocolate Milk Stout - 5.9% 
Chocolate malt, roasted barley, organic chocolate and a little lactose add the depth and flavor to this smooth stout.  Hopped with cascade and fermented cold for a smooth finish.  

Gone But Not Forgotten

Redemption - Pale Ale 5.7%
Old school pale ale featuring centennial and amarillo hops with a healthy drop hopping with citra.  Easy drinker that finishes nice and dry.
